Further, vide letter dated 27th September 2024, they had informed the exchange that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 (Forty?Eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Half Year and Quarter ended September 30th, 2024.
