Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Somany Ceramics has informed that the Company has allotted 4,083 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each on 29th October, 2024 pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Plan 2021 as per the applicable regulations. Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs 8,20,07,240 to Rs 8,20,15,406.
