In reference to its communication dated May 28, 2024, regarding the imposition of a fine of Rs. 34,220/- (including GST) by both BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India for alleged non-compliance with Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations and company’s intent to file waiver application, Yasho Industries has informed that its waiver application has been rejected by BSE which has been notified to them on October 28, 2024. Further the company has informed that post receipt of such intimation, the Company has made the payment of the aforementioned fine on October 29, 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular dated SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the Annexure hereto.
