Axis Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,16,028 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on October 30, 2024 pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs 618,72,79,936 (309,36,39,968 equity shares of Rs 2 each) to Rs 6,187,711,992 (3,093,855,996 equity shares of Rs 2 each).
