Tokyo Plast International has received approval for the establishment of a new factory on its owned premises for its wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Drinkware. The factory will be located at Chanvai, Valsad Sugar Factory Colony, Parnera, Valsad, Gujrat.
The setting up of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space and will help the company in becoming more agile and customer focused. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on October 31, 2024, have approved the same.
