In continuation to earlier intimation dated 21st September, 2024, vide which the company had informed the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company shall remain closed from 1st October 2024 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024, Sharda Ispat has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday 12th November, 2024, for considering Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, KMP and other designated employees, etc. covered under the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as implemented by the Company, till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. up to 14 November, 2024.
