Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Raymond Lifestyle has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed through circulation on November 04, 2024 have approved Re-designation of the Directors of the company in the following manner: 1. Change in designation of Rajiv Sharma (DIN: 10748015) from Additional Non-Executive Director to an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, for a period of 5 consecutive years effective from November 01, 2024, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company. 2. Change in designation of Ravindra Dhariwal (DIN: 00003922), from Independent Director to Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from November 01, 2024, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company. It has confirmed that neither Mr. Sharma nor Mr. Dhariwal is currently debarred from holding the office of a director by any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other relevant regulatory authority. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as per Annexure A.
