Exide Industries has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Monday 4th November 2024 has taken the following decisions - Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015: The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 was approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors. The said results were reviewed by the Audit committee of directors at its meeting held earlier today. A copy of the unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Reports by the Auditors on the said financial results are enclosed. The copy of the Press Release being issued in this regard is also attached; and appointment of Jaidit Singh Brar as Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company. The Board meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 1.17 PM.
