Parsvnath Hessa Developers (PHDPL) has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers, through acquisition of shares from Anuradha SA Investments LLC, Mauritius and Anuradha Ventures, Cyprus, held by them in PHDPL. Accordingly, the total number of subsidiary companies of the company has increased to 16.
