Lerthai Finance has informed that pursuant to regulation 29(1) (a) and (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of Lerthai Finance (the Company) will be held on Monday, 11th November, 2024, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was informed vide letter dated 30th September, 2024 that 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024 for all the designated persons of the Company.
