Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sundram Fasteners has infromed that they have received an application for issue of duplicate share certificates through Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) today, November 6, 2024 (Wednesday), under Folio No. 10818 (Sri Prakash Kantilal Parikh) in lieu of original share certificates as detailed hereunder, which are reported to have been lost. The proof of receipt of information from RTA vide their letter dated November 6, 2024, is enclosed vide Annexure I.
