In terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window close period had commenced from 1st October, 2024 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges. This may be treated as compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
