Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, B&A Packaging India has informed that due to personal reasons, Debdip Chowdhury has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 6th November, 2024. As per the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 the disclosure is attached as Annexure - I. Further, the copy of the resignation letter is enclosed and marked as Annexure-ll.
