Midland Polymers has received an approval to acquire strategic majority stake in one company engaged in the business of Agro Produce, Production & Processing etc. including forward and backward integration including manufacturing of fertilizers. Pursuant to the said acquisition, the said company would become its subsidiary with substantial holding.

The board of director at its meeting held on July 15, 2013 has approved for the same. The board has further authorized the Director of the company to take all steps to complete the acquisition.

Midland Polymers is a pioneering company, in India, in advanced technology of Mono-axially Oriented Polypropylene Film, MOPP, which is the wonder material with usage proliferation world over.
