Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services has reported results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2011.

The company’s net profit for the fourth quarter has surged by 32.46% at Rs 62.23 crore as compared to Rs 46.98 crore for the same quarter last year. Its net profit/ income from operation has increased by 34.02% at Rs 401.30 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 299.43 crore in the corresponding previous quarter.

The company has registered growth of 15.20% in its net profit for the current year at Rs 229.38 crore as compared to Rs 199.12 crore for the previous year. Its net profit/ income from operation has increased by 16.79% at Rs 1462.19 crore for the year from Rs 1252.01 crore in previous year.
