Camlin Fine Sciences has received approval from board of directors for liquidation of CFS Pahang Asia Pte, Subsidiary Company of the Company. CFS Pahang Asia Pte is not a material subsidiary of the Company and therefore it will not impact materially on consolidated financials of the Company. The Liquidation is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.
