The Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2024. 2. Appointment of Divam Mittal (M. No. A74699) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer of the Company with immediate effect. 3. Appointment of Manoj Kumar Chauhan as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. 4. Cessation of Ankush Jindal as the Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect. The Un-audited (Standalone) Financial Results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is enclosed as an (Annexure) in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (as amended).
