Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AJR Infra And Tolling has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday, 14th November, 2024, to consider and approve, the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 September, 2024. Further, please note that pursuant to Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with circular nos. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 both dated 2nd April, 2019 issued by the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE respectively, the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024.
