Agi Greenpac has informed that the Company has received a Demand Order dated 11.11.2024 (Demand Order) under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST) from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, CGST Division, Bhiwadi-Alwar. The Company is evaluating the Order in detail, in consultation with its legal advisors, for an appropriate course of action in this regard. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed and marked as ‘Annexure A’
