Agi Greenpac has informed that the Company has received a Demand Order dated 11.11.2024 (Demand Order) under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST) from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, CGST Division, Bhiwadi-Alwar. The Company is evaluating the Order in detail, in consultation with its legal advisors, for an appropriate course of action in this regard.
