In terms of Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, Kalpataru Projects International has informed that the Office of the Chief Labour Commissioner, Ministry of Labour & Employment vide its Order dated 24th October, 2024, received by the Company on 11th November, 2024 at about 04:00 pm has levied a penalty of INR 1,000/- on account of alleged violation of non-display of registration certificate under the Building & Other Construction Workers (RE & CS) Act, 1996 and the rules made thereunder. Considering the amount, the Company has decided to settle the penalty without agreeing or disputing the same. The relevant details to be disclosed are enclosed.
