EPL has infused further amount of Rs 4.16 crore towards further acquisition of 46,048 equity shares of Clean Max Aria (CMAPL) on a right basis. The objective of acquisition is to develop captive power generation facility: in the State of Maharashtra solar capacity of 3.3 MWp DC (2.2 MW AC) and in the State of Gujarat having a hybrid capacity of 3.3 MW (3.3 MW Wind and 2.15 MWp Solar), for the plants of the Company situated at Vasind, Wada (Maharashtra) and Vapi (Gujarat), respectively.
Earlier, the company had entered into the Energy Supply agreements with CMAPL, with respect to supply and consumption of the electricity generated from captive power generation facilities in the State of Maharashtra and Gujarat, for the plants of the Company situated at Vasind, Wada (Maharashtra) and Vapi (Gujarat), respectively.
