Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Part A- Para A (7) of Listing Regulations, 2015, Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 13, 2024, has approved cessation of Bhakti Manish Visrani (Membership No. A61468), as Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company pursuant to her resignation from the post with effect from the closure of business hours on November 13, 2024. The Board of Directors and Management of the Company places on record its deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Bhakti Manish Visrani. The details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read along with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as Annexure ‘A’.
