Pethkar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, has submitted his resignation to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the Organization. The Board acknowledged his resignation during its meeting held on 13th November 2024, and Tanmay M. Pethkar will be relieved from his duties with effect from the closure of business hours on 5th January 2025. It enclosed copy of his resignation letter which is attached as ‘Annexure A’. Further, disclosures as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular bearing reference number: SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 (SEBI Circular) is attached as ‘Annexure B’.
