Panoramic Universal’s subsidiary incorporated in Thailand namely Seaview Homes Company has acquired 95% of the equity shares of a Thailand-based Company namely, F M Patong Development Company owning condominiums. With the aforesaid acquisition, F M Patong Development Company has become a step down subsidiary company of Panoramic Universal.
Panoramic Universal engages in the hospitality and information technology businesses. The company owns and operates hotel properties in India, the United States, and New Zealand.
