Tata Power Company has signed the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and acquired 100% equity stake in ERES-XXXIX Power Transmission (ERES-XXXIX), a special purpose vehicle (SPV). The objective of acquisition is to establish and operate Build-Own-Operate Transfer basis for providing transmission service. The cost of acquisition is Rs 18.56 crore.
