Dev Labtech Venture has received approval to make investment in one tranche or more, upto $10000 in Dev Labtech Venture Inc, a wholly?owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated on October 23, 2024 in Delaware, USA. The investment is for expansion of the Business and to make global presence and to leverage new growth opportunities in the US markets. The board of directors at their meeting held on November 15, 2024 has approved the same.

Dev Labtech Venture is in business of manufacturing, marketing and sourcing of diamonds - natural and lab grown having wide application in Jewellery.
