Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and the Policy On Materiality Of Events And Information of the Company, EP Biocomposites has informed that the Company has entered into an arrangement for a technical tie-up with Priyaanjas (OPC) for exclusive commercialization of TWA along with Vessel and Process (a proprietary technology for water and waste water treatment). After application of the Clause 5 of the Policy On Materiality Of Events And Information of the Company, it has been decided to disclose the information about the same in-line with Para 2.1 of Part B of Annexure I of the SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
