The resignation letter received from him is enclosed; Appointment of Vikas Mohanlal Agarwal as Chief Financial officer (Key managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 26th November, 2024. Information / disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015, is enclosed as Annexure A.
