In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Borosil Scientific has informed that the Company has announced a Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) for its eligible workers located at Ambad Plant, Nashik which shall be effective from November 28, 2024. The status of implementation of VRS along with the financial impact thereof will be ascertained and communicated in due course. The Company believes that the implementation of the VRS will be beneficial to the Company in the long term and is a part of Company’s continued efforts to optimise its operating cost.
