Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NCC has informed that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated 28th November 2024 from Ken-Betwa Link Project Authority regarding selection of the Company as the successful bidder for the EPC execution of Daudhan Dam under Ken-Betwa Link Project. The details of aforesaid project as required under Regulation 30 of the said Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
