Further to earlier letter dated October 30, 2024, the Company had entered into Share Purchase Agreement with the Promoters and other shareholders (‘the Sellers’) of Naturell (India) (‘the Target’), Zydus Wellness has informed that on November 29, 2024, the Company has acquired 98.14% equity share capital from the Sellers of the Target. The company is in the process of completing the necessary formalities to acquire balance 1.86% equity share capital of the Target, which is expected to be completed shortly.
