With reference to letter dated 26th September, 2024, whereby Bright Brothers had informed that the wholly owned subsidiary of the company - Bright Brothers LLC had entered into an agreement dated 26th September, 2024 with Sintex Holdings B.V. for purchase of membership interest in Sintex Logistics LLC, and the indicative closing date for completing the acquisition process would be 30th November, 2024, Bright Brothers has informed that the parties to the aforesaid agreement have mutually agreed to extend the closing date from 30th November, 2024 to 31st December, 2024. The other disclosures as mentioned in its aforesaid letter remain the same. As soon as the acquisition process is complete, the company will provide an update for the same.
