CRISIL has reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013.
On standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 22.23% in its net profit at Rs 52.83 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 as compared to Rs 43.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 16.23% at Rs 214.07 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 184.17 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
On consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 38.49% in its net profit at Rs 60.52 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 as compared to Rs 43.70 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 23.61% at Rs 283.00 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 228.95 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
