Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Gujarat Industries Power Co has informed that Company/ RTA had received requests from the shareholders for issue of duplicate share certificate and in response, the Company/ RTA had advised the necessary procedure. Further, upon receipt of valid documents executed by Company/ RTA, the Company at its Stakeholders' Relationship Sub-Committee meeting held on Friday, the 29th November, 2024, approved issuance of duplicate share certificates to the shareholders in lieu of original share certificate reported lost and the said duplicate share certificate has been issued and Confirmation Letter will be dispatched to the respective shareholders in due course as informed by RTA i.e. Link lntime India. The details of the shareholders to whom the duplicate share certificate have been issued are enclosed at Annexure-1.
