Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'Listing Regulations'), Jai Balaji Industries has informed that search operation was being conducted by the Income Tax Department at the Company's Registered Office and certain other premises since 26th November, 2024. The Company fully co-operated with the officials during the proceedings and responded to the details sought by them. The Company will update the Stock Exchanges in case of any further material development in this regard.
