KPEL/BSE-MAT/OCT/2023/445, dated October 30, 2023 on BSE regarding the litigation involving the Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in the matter of Vikrambhai Nanjibhai Dabhi Vs. State of Gujarat & Ors., the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, through its final order dated November 22, 2024, has disposed of the aforementioned writ petition. A copy of the order was uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Gujarat on Friday, November 29, 2024. In pursuance to SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, additional details to be disclosed regarding the aforesaid communication is annexed in Annexure I to this intimation.
