Vishnu Chemicals has completed the acquisition of Jayansree Pharma (JPPL) at an enterprise value of Rs 52 crore. Pursuant to acquisition of shares of JPPL, it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. This newly acquired company will manufacture speciality chemicals and operate in allied area.
Vishnu Chemicals pioneered manufacturing chrome chemicals like sodium dichromate, potassium dichromate, basic chromium sulphate and yellow sodium sulphate at its plants in Medak District in Andhra Pradesh and Bhilai in Chattisgarh.
