Gallantt Ispat has informed under the following Industrial Promotion Policies of the State Governments, Company has been partly reimbursed Rs. 80.45 Crores against the payment of State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) paid by the Company: 1. Partly reimbursement of Rs. 14.49 Crore by the State Government of Gujarat under the ‘Gujarat Industrial Policy 2015 – Scheme for Incentive to Industries’ of the State Government of Gujarat in respect of Company’s manufacturing unit located at Samakhayali, Kutch District, Gujarat. 2. Partly reimbursement of Rs. 65.96 Crore by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh under the ‘Infrastructure and lndustrial lnvestment Policy – 2017’ of the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in respect of Company’s manufacturing unit located at Samakhayali, Kutch District, Gujarat).
