South Indian Bank informs about loss of share certificate

Pursuant to requirements of provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, South Indian Bank has informed that it enclosed the copy of letter received from its RTA – Link Intime India, informing that 7 of its shareholders has reported lost/misplaced/non-receipt of their split share certificates having face value of Re. 1, as details enclosed. The company is arranging with its Share Transfer Agent to keep these folios in the ‘Stop Transfer’ category. Duplicate share certificates/ Letter of confirmation will be issued to the shareholder on completion of necessary formalities.
