GHV Infra Projects has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 through Video Conferencing/Other AudioVisual Means approved the change in the name of the Company from ‘Sindu valley Technologies Limited’ to ‘GHV Infra Projects Limited’. The Company then made an application for the change of name to the Central Processing Centre (CPC) and Central Processing Centre (CPC) has approved the application and has granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name to ‘GHV Infra Projects Limited’ dated December 02, 2024.
