Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), as part of its CSR initiative, has committed financial assistance to provide free one year residential JEE/IIT coaching and mentoring 20 underprivileged meritorious students from Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Bihar, J&K and Delhi under the ‘Abhayanand Super 30’ initiative.
REC, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, is engaged in providing financial assistance to state electricity boards, state government departments and rural electric co-operatives for rural electrification projects as are sponsored by them.
