Adani Energy Solutions has clarified that the Company has, in the ordinary course of its business, received a letter of intent (LoI) dated December 3, 2024 from the REC Power Development and Consultancy (REC) for establishment of Transmission System for Evacuation of Power from Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) in Rajasthan (20 GW) under Phase-III Part-I through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process. The LoI is contingent upon the Company’s unconditional acceptance and satisfying certain conditions within 10 days from the date of issuance of LoI and is further subject to execution of binding agreements between the parties. The submission filed by the Company (at 10.50 am) in this regard under Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Given that the said project was bagged by the Company in ordinary course of its business, it did not trigger the disclosure requirements under Regulation 30 read with item 4 of Para B, Part A, Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations.
