Refex Renewables & Infrastructure’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Refex Green Power has incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary namely, Refex Solar SPV Five (SPV Five). Consequent to which, SPV Five has become a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
SPV Five is incorporated with the objective of setting-up of a 100-MW Solar Power Project, awarded by NTPC, a Maharatna company and accordingly, shall be solar power developer for 100MW capacity.
Refex Renewables & Infrastructure (formerly known as Sunedison Infrastructure) is engaged in the processing, sale and export of marine products.
