Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has made further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 3.00% in M/s. Arunodaya Hospitals, subsidiary company of the Company. Consequently, the Company now holds 70.66% of the total paid-up equity share capital of M/s. Arunodaya Hospitals.
M/s Arunodaya Hospitals is the existing subsidiary started in March 2008 which runs a hospital with multispecialty treatment to the people including cardiology, nephrology, pediatrics etc.
