Updater Services has informed that the subsidiary company GLOBAL FLIGHT HANDLING SERVICES (the Subsidiary Company’) has received an interim stay order from the Hon’ble High Court of Madras Based on the Subsidiary Company’s assessment, appeal was filed before the Writ Appeal Bench of Madras High Court and the subsidiary company has obtained an interim stay of the order passed in W.P. No. 9942 of 2020. The interim stay order dated 27th Nov. 2024 has been received by the Subsidiary Company on 06.12.2024. The details of the above Order, as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
