Hindustan Zinc has informed that it enclosed the intimation dated December 06, 2024 received from KFin Technologies, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company, providing information regarding the issue of duplicate share certificates in favour of shareholder of the Company. Further, in accordance with the SEBI Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/66 dated January 24, 2022 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024, a letter of confirmation in lieu of the physical share certificate will be issued to the said shareholder of the Company within the prescribed timelines.
