Premier Polyfilm has informed that the company has received Adjudication order under section 15 I of securities and exchange board of India Act 1992 Read with Rule 5 of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalties) Rules,1995 has passed an order vide Adjudication order no. Order/AS/DP/2024-2025/31031 on 09th December, 2024. It enclosed the details of order which have become material as per the revised materiality thresholds of the Company in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023, as Annexure 1. The said annexure contains details pursuant to Para B Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and additional details as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
