In furtherance of stock exchange intimation dated October 19, 2024 regarding entering into a Share Purchase Agreement dated October 19, 2024 by Rossari Global DMCC, wholly owned Subsidiary of Rossari Biotech (the Company) with the existing shareholders of Unistar for the acquisition of 100% of the total equity share capital of Unistar, Rossari Biotech has informed that, the Rossari Global DMCC has completed the acquisition of 100% of the total equity share capital on December 10, 2024. The details required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023) were already disclosed in intimation letter dated October 19, 2024. The aforesaid information will also be available on Company’s website at www.rossari.com.
