Pursuant to Code of Conduct (Insider Trading) for regulating, monitoring and reporting of securities of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Savera Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 12.12.2024 till 48 hours from the end of the Board Meeting to consider the takeover of mineral water manufacturing factory from Shyam Hotels & Restaurants (Partnership concern) on lease/rental basis. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the same will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected and designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company (Equity Shares of the Company) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
