Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The property, which shall be managed by Carnations Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is expected to open in FY 2027.
Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, India, is known for its scenic beauty and tribal heritage. Lemon Tree Hotel, Ranchi will feature 65 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, banquet halls, meeting rooms, swimming pool, fitness center and other public areas. The Birsa Munda Airport is about 5 kms away while the Ranchi Junction is about 7 kms away from the property. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
